[Olpcaustria] XOtv:: first tests

1 test:
I did the first video and audio streams tests from qemu image fom my 
laptop. I used just oggfwd, piping a 6 minuts ogg file.

something like this:

# cat video.ogg - | oggfwd giss.tv 8000 passw xotv.ogg

2 test:
using ffmpeg2theora. The virtal machine goes to 90%, as expected, but it 
works.


Next step: how get the signal from the XO camera, like is explained 
here: http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Programming_the_camera

Maybe we can try with a real XO laptop next week.
