lieber yokoy,

weiss ich leider nicht. Ist eher zufaellig gestreut und haengt  
wahrscheinl. mit dem aktuellen stresslevel dort im office zusammen :)

Meine erfahrung nach: nochmals, freundlich aber bestimmt insistieren  
und nochmals erklaeren und den zusammenhang verdeutlichen bringt am  
meisten.
Eine ablehnung kriegst du derzeit naemlich wahrscheinlich nicht mal.  
Maximal ignoriert.
Ist sicher von dort nicht boese gemeint, aber es sind echt nur ~ 30  
leute leute, die weltweit alles betreuen.
